Role Overview:

As a Trimming Technician, you'll be at the heart of our cultivation process, ensuring our cannabis plants are trimmed to perfection. This role is key to maintaining PRUF's high-quality standards, minimizing waste, and producing a product that is ready for sale or processing.

Primary Duties:

• Efficiently manicure cured cannabis using an "on the stem" style of trimming while maintaining minimum production quotas.
• Prepare freshly harvested cannabis for curing with precision and care.
• Support cultivation efforts throughout the facility, including cleaning duties and providing cross-functional support.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workspace while executing post-harvest duties.
• Ensure the quality of the product is maintained to the highest standards.
