• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on various cell phone models.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services provided.
• Stay updated on the latest cell phone technology trends and repair techniques.
• Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner.

• Previous experience in cell phone repair or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory; we are happy to train the right candidate.
• A genuine passion for consumer electronics and staying current with the latest technological trends.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with an emphasis on fostering positive interactions.
