About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to spearhead the development and implementation of a robust global information security and compliance strategy. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining, driving, and evolving the enterprise-wide security and compliance framework, with a focus on safeguarding products, platforms, infrastructure, and customer data. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in maintaining the trust of partners and users, particularly in the context of the company's mission to support and empower creators in the gaming ecosystem. The CISO will be responsible for all aspects of cybersecurity risk management, incident response, and will work closely with executive teams to align security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Applicants for the CISO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive leadership experience in cybersecurity and compliance, preferably within SaaS or enterprise technology environments. Deep expertise in cloud-native security, application security, data protection, and risk management is essential. The role requires a proven track record in managing compliance programs across multiple frameworks and the ability to scale security programs globally. Strong communication skills and experience in leading secure development and DevSecOps practices are also necessary. While not mandatory, experience in the gaming industry, fintech, or B2B platform services, as well as professional certifications in security, are considered advantageous. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating security and compliance risks into business terms and effectively communicating them to executive leadership and stakeholders.
