CNC Lathe Machinist

Location: Rossford, OH

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Pay Rate: $32.00

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Summary:

Staffworks Group is hiring a CNC Lathe Machinist for a leading hydraulic equipment manufacturer in Rossford, OH. This position is ideal for a skilled machinist with experience in CNC programming, Fanuc controls, and precision production in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
Use precision measuring tools such as bore gauges and micrometers
Perform preventative maintenance on machines and equipment
Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with production team members
Follow Lean manufacturing practices to optimize efficiency
Assemble components using appropriate tools and techniques
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

Requirements:

At least 5 years of CNC lathe machining experience in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency with Fanuc controls and CNC programming
Ability to read complex blueprints and technical documents
Strong understanding of machining techniques, tooling, and materials
Experience using precision measuring instruments
Forklift certification preferred but not required
