We are seeking motivated and hardworking **Hardscape Crew Members
**to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow within our company. This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement to a Level 1 Foreman within the first year, based on performance.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in a construction-related industry (e.g., concrete, carpentry, residential remodeling/construction)
Willingness to submit to drug and background screening
Proficient in operating bobcats, front-end loaders, and other construction equipment
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members
Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordpreferred
