Experienced Tax Preparer – Work with High-Net-Worth Clients & Small Businesses

Location: Twin Cities, MN (Hybrid options available)

Schedule: Full-Time or Reduced Schedule

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000, commensurate with experience

Software: CCH Axcess, QuickBooks

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns

• 
  

  Collaborate with clients and internal team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant tax filings

• 
  

  Utilize CCH Axcess and QuickBooks to manage and analyze financial data efficiently

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of recent tax preparation experience in public accounting

• 
  

  CPA or EA strongly preferred

• 
  

  Deep knowledge of federal and MN state tax laws affecting high-net-worth individuals and small businesses

• 
  

  Comfortable with CCH Axcess and QuickBooks (or similar platforms)

• 
  

  Excellent communicator with a proactive and client-focused mindset

• 
  

  Desire for long-term stability and professional growth in a collaborative setting
