A law firm seeks a dedicated and skilled Litigation Associate to join its growing team in the Fort Worth, TX area. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and take on a variety of litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in litigation, with a strong focus on research, writing, and case preparation. Duties Represent clients in litigation matters, providing strategic legal counsel and advocacy. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery. Conduct legal research to support case strategy and trial preparation. Assist in pre-trial preparation, including witness preparation and deposition handling. Manage and maintain case files, ensuring all deadlines and client communications are met. Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to discuss case developments and formulate legal strategies. Participate in client meetings and maintain strong client relationships. Requirements 4-6 years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting. Strong legal research and writing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Motivated self-starter with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with senior attorneys. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active Bar membership in the state of Texas. Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in legal research and case analysis. Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality legal work. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
