Who We’re Looking For:We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and personable Office Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone with administrative experience and an interest in supporting a small but growing team working on commercial design, graphics, and construction projects.
You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales, estimating, and project management teams—keeping communication clear, materials organized, and operations flowing efficiently from bid to install.
What You’ll Do:As our Office Assistant, you'll help coordinate schedules, documentation, and project-related tasks across multiple departments while maintaining a friendly and professional presence at the front of our office.
