Automotive Parts Counter Person
Location: Carlock Motorcars Nashville (dba. Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Bentley, Lotus, Maserati & Rolls-Royce of Nashville)
Pay: $36,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Job Summary:
Carlock Motorcars Nashville is a premier exotic and luxury automotive dealership representing some of the most prestigious brands in the world such as Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Bentley, Lotus, Maserati & Rolls-Royce. We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to support our high-performance service team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our technicians and clients receive timely and accurate parts support, maintaining the excellence expected at our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers in selecting and ordering correct parts
Accurately process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims
Maintain and organize inventory with attention to detail and accuracy
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure timely service
Monitor stock levels and coordinate parts replenishment with suppliers
Uphold dealership standards of professionalism, efficiency, and customer care
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in an automotive parts department or similar environment preferred
Strong working knowledge of automotive systems and parts
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Familiarity with parts management software and dealership systems is a plus
Positive attitude and a commitment to providing premium customer service
