What you will do As the VP AI, Apps, and Data Architect, you will lead the development and implementation of advanced AI models, applications, and data strategies. You will be responsible for designing and deploying scalable AI solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into various products, and driving innovation in data modeling and analytics. Your role will involve hands-on coding, model training, and optimization to ensure the highest performance and accuracy of the AI system. Additionally, you will build cross-functional global relationships to lead and execute against our product roadmap and multi-year AI product strategy. Who you will work with On our team you will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI technical solutions. Collaboration with external partners and industry experts will also be essential to stay at the forefront of AI and data model advancements. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical team members will be crucial for successful project execution. What makes you a qualified candidate Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and data modeling, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and proficiency in AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams. 15+ years of progressive technical leadership. 3+ years leading research and architecture of AI-driven products. An advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred. What you will bring Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and data modeling, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and proficiency in AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams. Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields. Pay Rate: 239500.0000 - 299300.0000 - 359200.0000 Annually Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on geographic location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and candidate experience. Sales roles will be eligible for commission payments tied to quota achievement. All other permanent roles will be eligible for one of our annual incentive plans, which are based on company financial attainment and individual performance.
